My Second World (M2W) is a specialist immigration consultancy focused on skilled-worker categories, supporting Vietnamese people on their journey to build a new life in the US, Germany and Australia. Unlike a generalist model that advises across every visa category, we choose to focus 100% on skilled-worker cases — because this is the immigration path for the majority of Vietnamese people who have expertise, a trade and the ambition to go global.
Name My Second World carries a simple message: beyond Vietnam — where you were born and raised — a “second world” opens up through the immigration journey. A world where professional skills are fairly rewarded, children study in an advanced environment, and families have the chance to build assets within a transparent legal system.
Mission: Bringing Vietnamese skills to the world — the right way
For many years, Vietnam's migration consulting industry has had an unfortunate reality: not a few clients paid upfront, received a service that did not match, or worse — were advised into the wrong visa category, losing both time and money. Most of this risk comes from consulting firms that lack deep expertise, handling every category without truly understanding any of them.
M2W takes the opposite approach. We focus on skilled immigration — an area that requires deep understanding of labour law, occupation classification systems, employer sponsorship mechanisms, and cross-country qualification recognition requirements.
M2W's mission in one sentence: bringing Vietnamese skilled talent to the world — on the right path, lawfully, and true to our commitments. Every case we take on is carefully assessed before signing a contract, and you should only proceed once the pathway is genuinely feasible.
The three skilled-migration markets M2W handles
M2W does not spread itself thin across every category. We focus on three markets with stable legal systems, clear skilled-worker programmes, and a fit for Vietnamese workers across different segments.
US — EB-3 Programme (flagship product)
Programme EB-3 (Employment-Based Third Preference) is an immigrant visa category for skilled workers, professionals and other workers sponsored by a US employer. Under US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), EB-3 grants a green card directly to the applicant and family without requiring the investment or high education level of categories such as EB-1 or EB-5.
This is M2W's flagship service, accounting for the majority of the applications we handle. The reason is practical: EB-3 opens the door to US immigration for the largest client group in Vietnam — those with a trade but without millions of USD in investment capital.
Germany — Chancenkarte and skilled worker visas
Germany is an attractive labour market for Vietnamese workers thanks to its strong economy and increasingly open immigration policy. With the Chancenkarte (Opportunity Card), in effect since 2024, lets foreign workers come to Germany to look for a job provided they meet the points system. M2W assists with case assessment, credential conversion via the Anabin database, and connecting the next steps in Germany.
Úc — Skilled Migration
Australia's skilled migration system comprises the Subclass 189, 190 and 491 visas. They share common requirements: a skills assessment from the relevant assessing authority, an English score, and a total points score on the government's points scale. M2W supports you from the skills assessment stage through to submitting an Expression of Interest (EOI) via the SkillSelect system.
M2W Team
The M2W team combines deep experience in immigration consulting with professional operational capability. Each member handles a specific area, ensuring you always work directly with the person whose expertise best matches your case.
Nguyễn Đình Tuệ
Founder & CEO
Mr. Tue is the founder and strategic director at M2W, with more than 10 years of dedicated experience in immigration consulting. Originally an engineer, he moved into immigration early on after recognising Vietnamese people's real need: a consultancy that speaks plainly — telling the truth about opportunities and risks, rather than making marketing promises.
As CEO, Mr. Tue is responsible for setting M2W's direction, building service policy, and ensuring every application leaving M2W has been vetted to the highest standard. His operating philosophy is simple: an unworkable application is declined from the outset, not dragged out to collect fees.
Mai Đoàn Hoàng Long
Chief Sales & Marketing Officer (CSMO)
Mr. Long oversees all of M2W's business and communications activities. His role is to bridge prospective clients and the specialist team — ensuring you fully understand the programme you are joining before signing any contract.
At M2W, the sales team does not operate on a “close the deal at any cost” model. The principle Mr. Long set for the sales team is: advising on the right category, ability and expectations. Clients may not sign a contract right away, but must leave the consultation with enough information to decide for themselves.
Nguyễn Đình Văn
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Mr. Van is behind all of M2W's internal operations. He is responsible for case processing procedures, service quality control, and ensuring the timelines committed to clients are strictly followed.
In the migration industry, the difference between an approved and a rejected application often comes down to small details: a mistranslated term, an inconsistent declared timeline, a degree not properly legalised. Mr. Van's role is to ensure these details are tightly controlled before the application is submitted.
Lê Hữu Vị (David)
Head of Business Development
Mr. David is responsible for partner development and expanding M2W's network of cooperation across all three markets: US, Germany and Australia. With 5 years of experience in international business development, he works directly with employers, local legal consulting firms, and professional credential assessment bodies in each country.
The partner network that David has built is one of the reasons M2W can guarantee you access to the right, official channels — rather than going through unclear intermediaries. Being able to connect with genuine employers, licensed law offices, and reputable assessment bodies is what determines the speed and success rate of a case.
M2W's core values
Four core values M2W commits to every client, applied to every case — regardless of contract size.
Absolute transparency
Every cost, every risk, every processing milestone is clearly listed in the service contract. There is no “surprise extra fee”, no verbal promises. If something cannot yet be committed to in writing, M2W will say so plainly.
Realistic assessment, no false promises
M2W does not accept cases that are not viable. During the initial assessment, if your profile does not meet the requirements of any programme in M2W's service portfolio, we will say so plainly — rather than dragging the process out to collect consulting fees.
Continuously updated policy
Skilled migration programmes change constantly according to the host government's policies. The M2W team closely tracks announcements from USCIS, BAMF (Germany) and the Australian Department of Home Affairs to ensure you are advised based on the latest regulations, not outdated information.
By your side for the whole journey
M2W's service does not stop at the point of filing. We accompany you through every stage: interview preparation, post-filing support, and assistance with the first steps upon arrival in your destination country. The ultimate goal is not just an approved application — it is a new life successfully built.
Differences between M2W and the traditional consulting model
Vietnam's immigration consulting industry currently has two common models: a scattered model (handling every category, from study abroad to investment, from skilled work to family reunification) and mô hình chuyên sâu (focused on one specific category group).
M2W chooses a focused model. This is not just a business decision but a commitment to quality. When one provider advises on every visa category, the biggest risk is that consultants lack deep understanding of the category actually suited to the client. The result: clients get advised into the wrong category or market, wasting time and money.
By focusing 100% on skilled migration and three specific markets, M2W ensures every team member has deep enough expertise to advise accurately, without drifting off course. Working with M2W means working with genuine skilled-migration specialists — not generalist consultants.
M2W's commitment to the Vietnamese community
Skilled immigration is a major, once-in-a-lifetime decision. A decision that affects your family, your children's future, and your accumulated assets. M2W is very aware of this responsibility.
We commit to:
- We do not take on cases we assess as not viable
- Does not promise outcomes — only the host government has the authority to decide
- No fees charged for services not performed
- Never advises the wrong category just to sell a higher-value contract
These are minimum commitments — not competitive advantages. Any immigration consultancy that considers itself professional must meet these standards.
Next steps for you
If you are considering skilled immigration to the US, Germany or Australia, the first step should be preliminary assessment of your personal profile. M2W provides a free case assessment service through the following channels:
- Book a 1:1 consultation directly with the M2W specialist for the market you're interested in
- Submit your profile through the free assessment form on the website
- Contact directly via chat or hotline
In the first assessment session, M2W will clearly answer the three most important questions: Are you eligible? Which category fits best? How long does the roadmap take and what are the specific costs? No beating around the bush, no pressure to sign, no promises beyond what is achievable.
My Second World — taking your skills to the world, on the right path.
