What does the M2W service fee include?
This reflects M2W's effort and expertise throughout the journey — set out as a clear figure in the contract, depending on the immigration category and the complexity of the application.
- Strategic advice and selecting the optimal migration category for your profile
- Assessing, reviewing and finalising the application
- Coordinating translation and preparing documents per the destination country's requirements
- Submit and track the application with the immigration authority (via a licensed legal partner)
- Interview preparation, practising consular questions
- Stay with you and provide progress updates until there's a result
How are payments made in instalments?
M2W does not charge a single lump sum. The service fee is split into instalments, each tied to an actual milestone in your case — you pay in step with progress, not upfront for work not yet done.
- Batch 1 — Sign contract & open the case file
- Batch 2 — Complete & submit application to immigration authority
- Batch 3 — Application approved / invited to interview
- Final batch — Has visa / permanent residence card
Milestones and instalment amounts stated directly in the contract
Before signing, you know the exact total service fee and payment schedule. No "extra fees" outside the contract.
What is NOT included in the service fee
For transparency, the following three cost groups are kept separate — you pay the beneficiary directly, M2W does not add a markup:
- Government fees — submitted to the destination country's immigration authority
- Paperwork fees in Vietnam — health check, translation, criminal record certificate…
- Initial settlement costs — airfare, insurance, first month's living expenses
Frequently Asked Questions
Are there any additional service fees?
No. The total service fee and instalment schedule are stated in the contract from the start. Other costs (government fees, in-country paperwork, settlement) are separate and paid directly to the beneficiary.
What happens if the application is rejected?
The policy for handling an unsuccessful application (continued support, redirecting the strategy, or staged refunds) is clearly set out in the contract depending on the programme — M2W discusses this transparently before signing.
Can it be paid in a single lump sum?
M2W recommends paying in instalments so your rights are tied to actual progress. If you prefer another arrangement, this can be discussed when signing the contract.
