EB-5 is a USA Investment Immigration program: investing from 800,000 USD in a job-creating project to obtain a green card for the whole family, independent of skills points, age or English.
Under the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act 2022, the investment amount is 800,000 USD if the project is in a Targeted Employment Area (TEA) or 1,050,000 USD outside a TEA; each investment must create at least 10 full-time jobs for U.S. workers.
