Scope of services
M2W provides consulting and application support for Skilled Migration to the USA (EB-3), Germany, and Australia. Services include pathway consulting, profile assessment, guidance on document preparation, and application submission support. M2W is not a government agency and has no authority to decide on the granting of visas.
Your rights and obligations
- Provide honest, accurate information and documents; you are responsible for the authenticity of your application.
- Pay the service fees in accordance with the signed contract.
- Cooperate with M2W throughout the application-processing period.
- The right to receive transparent information about costs, progress and the roadmap of your case.
Rights and obligations of My Second World
- To advise honestly and in compliance with the laws of both the destination country and Vietnam.
- To protect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- To perform the work within the scope of the contract and provide periodic progress updates.
- We do not guarantee the outcome of a visa grant, as the decision rests with the immigration authorities of the destination country.
Costs, payment and refunds
Service fees are clearly stated in the contract and adhere to the principles set out on our Cost Transparency Commitment page. Limitation of liability
M2W makes every effort within its professional scope but is not responsible for the decisions of immigration authorities, policy changes in the destination country, or consequences arising from inaccurate information provided by you. Governing law and dispute resolution
