Quy trình submit online qua IRCC
Step 1 — Create an IRCC account
Complete and submit your application online through the IRCC portal.
Step 2 — Prepare the application
Passport, proof of finances, employment, itinerary, and letter of invitation (if any).
Step 3 — Submit the application + provide biometrics
Pay the fee and provide biometrics (fingerprints, photo) at the VFS center.
Step 4 — Demonstrate a short-term visit
Demonstrating your employment, financial and family ties in Vietnam and your intent to return.
Step 5 — Receive Result
The TRV is affixed to your passport; the decision to admit you is made by the border officer at the port of entry.
