When you submit a form, the system may record: IP address, device type, operating system and browser, referring page (referrer), marketing campaign parameters (UTM), the page from which the form was submitted, and the time of submission. This data serves statistical, fraud-prevention, and consulting-quality improvement purposes.

M2W does not sell your personal data. We share it only to the extent necessary with:
- M2W staff and consultants who directly handle your request;
- Professional partners (immigration lawyers/representatives, profile assessment units) and the competent authorities of the receiving country, where necessary to submit and process your migration application;
- Technology service providers (hosting, email delivery, customer management systems) operating under M2W’s instructions and confidentiality commitments;
- State authorities where legally required.
Cross-border data transfers
Due to the nature of migration services, some of your data may be transferred to partners or competent authorities in the USA, Australia, Germany, and other relevant countries for the purpose of preparing and submitting applications. Such transfers are carried out in accordance with the law and only to the extent necessary.
Storage and security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure, including connection encryption, access controls, and internal oversight. However, no method of transmission or storage is absolutely secure.
Retention period

Under Decree No. No. 91/2025/QH15, you have the right to: be informed and give consent; access and correct your data; withdraw consent; delete your data; restrict or object to processing; request the provision of your data; and file complaints, denunciations, or lawsuits in accordance with the law. Children’s privacy
The website is not directed at children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children without the consent of a parent or guardian.
