Step 3 — Sign the contract & agree on the roadmap
Both parties sign a service contract clearly stating the scope of work, costs, and commitments. M2W presents a transparent cost breakdown before signing. You carefully review the terms and fee schedule. Timeline: as mutually agreed.
Step 4 — Prepare & process the application
M2W guides you through preparing documents, notarized translations, credential evaluation (anabin for Germany), and language-test preparation if needed. You complete your application per the checklist. Timeline: depends on the program and how ready your application is.
Step 5 — Submit the application & track progress
M2W submits your application to the competent authority, tracks its progress, and responds to any requests for additional information. You receive regular status updates. Timeline: per each country's official processing times.
Step 6 — Outcome & post-settlement support
Once the outcome is in, M2W guides you through the steps to receive your visa or Green Card, prepare for entry, and orient your initial settlement. You complete the final procedures. Timeline: depends on the program.
