Graphic Designer
Own the visual face of M2W — social materials, advisory documents, event identities — for an international-education brand that speaks with real data.
What will you do at M2W?
As Graphic Designer at M2W you turn content into visuals people grasp at a glance: a school information sheet, a seminar poster, a social series. You work with the Marketing Executive and the Video Editor, and you have a say in how the brand identity is applied.
- Design social materials (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) following the M2W identity.
- Lay out advisory documents, capability profiles and one-pagers for programmes and partner schools.
- Produce event materials: backdrops, standees, invitations, advisory booths and gifts.
- Design visuals for the website and landing pages, coordinating with the tech team at build time.
- Standardise and protect the identity: colour, type, logo usage and a reusable template library.
- Retouch and optimise images for the web (light files, correct rendering on phones).
Who are we looking for?
Must-have requirements

- Able to work within an existing identity rather than changing colours and fonts on a whim.
- Take briefs well, revise on feedback and hold deadlines.
Nice to have
- Able to cut short videos or do basic motion work (CapCut, After Effects).
- Experience designing for education, study abroad or professional services.
- Able to shoot product or event photography and handle post-processing.
- English reading to work with international references and templates.
