Job description

What will you do at M2W?

As Video Editor at M2W you own post-production: select takes, build pace, add subtitles, treat audio and export to each platform’s format. You script with the Marketing Executive and keep visuals consistent with the Graphic Designer.

  • Cut short vertical videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) and longer pieces for the M2W website and YouTube.
  • Produce Vietnamese and English subtitles; treat audio, music and field sound.
  • Shoot at the office, seminars, events and partner-school sessions.
  • Work with the Marketing Executive on scripts, content lines and publishing cadence.
  • Grade colour, add motion graphics and keep brand identity consistent across videos.
  • Manage the media library: organise footage, back it up and name files to a convention so they can be found.
